The People department (PEO) serves as the foundational pillar for all people-related activities, ensuring that the Jamboree has a motivated, skilled, and cohesive team.
Main functions of the People department are recruitment (talent sourcing, recruitment process, onboarding of new volunteers), organizing and managing meetings for the Jamboree Planning Team, trainings (training needs analysis, training delivery, promoting a culture of continuous learning), volunteers support (support systems, recognition and rewards, wellbeing, community building).
