Locked in the conference room for nearly three days. A lot of discussions, planning, and mapping out - essentials to bring the World Scout Jamboree to Poland.

On 23-25 February 2024 the Jamboree Management Team (JMT) gathered in Warsaw for their 22nd working meeting.

A key focus of the weekend was safeguarding training, ensuring every member of the JMT is equipped to be a “Listening Ear.” This role is crucial for fostering a safe and supportive environment, reflecting the Scouting Movement’s culture of care and respect.

The team also tackled essential tasks like updating the risk map and identifying any gaps in the Jamboree Delivery Plan. These steps are vital for ensuring a safe, enriching, and memorable experience for all participants.

The support of the entire Jamboree Planning Team and the Advisory Committee has been indispensable. With the team now numbering 100, and the deadline for applications for the next 20 positions approaching, the collective effort is set to welcome new talents into this grand endeavour.

The World Scout Jamboree Poland 2027 aims for Excellency in Operations, Volunteers Appreciation, and ZHP Growth, reflecting the ambition to not only host an exceptional event but also to promote growth and appreciation within the Scouting community.
