Become a part of the team supporting the digital systems used for transport operations during the Jamboree. As a Transport Systems Support Team Member, you will help manage and maintain several tools that support vehicle coordination, access control, and transport-related services across the event.
In this role, you will work with multiple systems to track vehicles, manage digital signage, process vehicle permit registrations for campsite entry, monitor CCTV systems, and support bicycle owner registrations. You will act as a local ICT support representative for transport systems, often working independently while ensuring that systems remain reliable and operational.
A proactive approach is important, as you will help identify and resolve technical issues and ensure that all tasks are properly logged through the designated case management system. All work must be carried out in accordance with GDPR and internal data protection policies to ensure that information is handled securely and responsibly.
– Good computer skills and confidence working with digital systems are required
– Ability to support transport-related systems such as vehicle tracking, permits, digital signage, CCTV, and bicycle registration tools
– Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a structured way
– Ability to log tasks correctly in the designated case management system
– Ability to work independently and handle information in line with GDPR and internal data protection policies
– Experience in ICT support, systems support, helpdesk work, or administration of digital tools is an advantage
– Good English communication is an advantage.
