Become a part of the Headquarters Service Team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Jamboree Headquarters. In this role, you will support the creation of a well-organized, safe, and efficient working environment for all departments and the Management Team, helping HQ function effectively throughout the event.
As part of the first line of contact within HQ, you will help operate the reception area, manage the flow of people, and support access control to restricted zones. Your responsibilities may include verifying IDs, registering entries and exits, directing visitors to the appropriate teams or individuals, and assisting with the organization of official visits and meetings taking place within Headquarters.
You will also help maintain order and functionality across HQ by preparing meeting spaces, replenishing office supplies, supporting workstations and common areas, and reporting technical or facility issues when needed. Working closely with Security and IT teams in a 24/7 operating environment, you will contribute to continuous reception coverage and provide essential logistical support that enables all other teams to focus on their core responsibilities.
