Become a part of the team supporting Solidarity Operations during the Jamboree and help maintain effective communication with Contingent Management Team (CMT) members. In this role, you will provide support in resolving issues that cannot be addressed at the subcamp level, helping ensure that participants and teams receive the assistance they need.
Your main responsibilities include staying in regular contact with CMT members from Solidarity Operations patrols, helping communicate information clearly, and supporting the follow-up of issues that require a higher level of coordination. You will also assist with sharing information and decisions made during the daily Heads of Contingent (HoC) meetings, ensuring that key updates are passed on accurately and in a timely manner.
This role is best suited to volunteers with experience in camp life, preferably from an international Scout event. Previous experience as a CMT or HoC member will be considered an advantage. On-site training will be provided to prepare you for the role and its responsibilities.
