Become a part of the Shared Services Section and help deliver essential participant support across the Jamboree site. As a Shared Services Point Team Lead, you and your team will work at one of several Shared Services Points located at different venues, ensuring participants can easily access key services throughout the event.
Each Shared Services Point provides three core services: Post Office support, Lost & Found operations, and Information Assistance. In this role, you will help manage mail services, catalogue and return lost items, and provide clear and accurate information to participants seeking guidance or support.
By working together with your team, you will help ensure that every Shared Services Point offers the same welcoming, organised, and efficient level of service. Your role contributes to maintaining a consistent participant experience and ensures that essential services remain accessible and well managed throughout the Jamboree.
