Become a part of the team supporting the daily life of Solidarity Operation units and patrols across assigned subcamps, helping participants enjoy a smooth, safe, and rewarding Jamboree experience. As a Solidarity Operation Subcamp Staff, you’ll draw on your camp-life experience—ideally from international scout events—to assist with everyday challenges, collaborate with subcamp staff, and ensure units have what they need to thrive.
You’ll receive on-site training to prepare you for the role, then work directly within subcamps, where your busiest moments will be in the mornings, during meal preparation, and throughout subcamp activity periods. Your tasks will focus on problem-solving, responding to unit needs, and helping create a positive environment that supports meaningful adventures and personal growth for participants.
Your presence and support will play an important role in helping Solidarity Operation units navigate Jamboree life confidently and enjoyably.
