Become a part of the programme team as an Activity Leader for the Passenger Ship Cruise and help deliver a unique programme experience during the Jamboree. In this role, you will support and lead programme activities during cruises along Sobieszewo Island on the Baltic Sea, creating an engaging and memorable experience for participants.
Your responsibilities include guiding participants through the planned programme on board the ship, providing instructions to patrol leaders, and helping ensure that activities run smoothly and safely throughout the cruise. You will support the coordination of patrols, assist participants when needed, and help maintain a welcoming and well-organized atmosphere on board.
Each cruise will host approximately 1000 participants divided into around 100 patrols, each accompanied by stable patrol leaders. Working alongside other programme staff and ship personnel, you will help ensure that the programme runs according to schedule while providing participants with a safe and enjoyable maritime experience.
Confident swimmer
Successful completion of pre-Jamboree training for skippers

Physically and emotionally capable of performing described job
Basic knowledge of maritime safety and procedures onboard passenger ships
Motorboat license
Experience in planning and supervising sailing activities taking places on many boats simultaneously
Experience managing teams of volunteers in large-scale outdoor activities
