Become a part of the programme team as an Activity Leader for Onshore Activities in the River Module and help deliver engaging programme experiences during the Jamboree. In this role, you will support and coordinate activities taking place on land within the River Module, ensuring participants have a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized experience.
Your responsibilities include coordinating participant groups, supervising activities, distributing materials, and clearly explaining the course of each activity to participants and their patrol leaders. You will assist with the delivery of activities, provide guidance when participants encounter difficulties, and help maintain a smooth flow of operations throughout the day.
Working closely with other programme staff, you will ensure that activities meet the expected standards of quality and safety while creating a positive environment for participants. Activity Leaders will complete role-specific online preparation before the Jamboree, in addition to the standard volunteer training.
