Become a part of the Meadow Module leadership team, guiding and supporting Activity Leaders who deliver culturally themed Programme posts across your assigned sector. As a Team Leader, you’ll supervise a team of around twenty-five Activity Leaders responsible for two activity types across ten posts, ensuring they feel prepared, confident, and supported throughout the Jamboree.
You’ll help develop and deliver online and on-site training, oversee daily Programme flow, step in to run activities when needed, and resolve volunteer-related issues as they arise. Working within a small leadership team across one of three thematic areas—Critical Thinking Games, Handicrafts, or Teamwork Art—you’ll help create an organised, positive, and well-coordinated environment for both volunteers and participants.
Your leadership will be essential in bringing the Meadow Module to life, ensuring that each cultural experience is delivered smoothly, safely, and with meaningful engagement.
