Become a part of the programme team as a Programme Support Team Activity Member and help deliver special programme events and activities during the Jamboree. In this role, you will support the implementation of key programme moments such as the Opening Quest, the 120 Years of Scouting Celebration, and the Youth Forum, while also assisting with other activities across the Jamboree programme when needed.
Your responsibilities include preparing equipment and materials before each activity, guiding participants and their adult patrol leaders during the programme, and ensuring that the activity area is cleaned and reset after each session. Activities will follow prepared scripts and manuals provided by the organisers to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
Working alongside other programme volunteers and staff, you will help create engaging and well-organized experiences for participants. Programme Support Team Members will receive online training before the Jamboree and additional on-site training after arrival, in addition to the standard training required for all volunteers.
