Become a part of the Programme leadership team, guiding and supporting the volunteers who keep each sector running smoothly. As a Sector Leader, you’ll supervise a small team of Guides and Quartermasters, provide on-site support, and help resolve logistical challenges to ensure activities run efficiently throughout the Jamboree.
You’ll take part in preparing and delivering on-site training for volunteers, offer daily supervision and problem-solving within your sector, and help maintain clear communication between Programme teams. Working as one of two Sector Leaders in your sector, you’ll contribute to a well-organised, supportive environment that enables Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality experiences for participants. Online pre-event training and additional on-site training will fully prepare you for the role.
Your leadership will be essential in ensuring smooth operations, empowered volunteers, and a positive Programme experience for all.
