Become a part of the programme support team as a Tickets and Organization Assistant and help coordinate participant departures to the city as part of the City Module programme. In this role, you will support the smooth organization of patrol transport and ensure that participants reach the correct buses in an efficient and well-managed way.
Your responsibilities include assisting patrols in locating the correct bus, verifying tickets at the terminal entrance, and supporting participants with ticket changes when accessibility needs arise. You will help maintain an organized flow of participants and ensure that departures run safely and according to the planned schedule.
After participant departures, you will support behind-the-scenes organisational work, including preparing tickets for the following day and assisting with other on-site coordination tasks. The role focuses on logistics support, participant assistance, and ensuring that daily operations at the terminal run smoothly.
