Become a part of the programme support leadership team as a City Module Terminal Guides’ Leader and help coordinate participant arrivals and departures at the City Module gathering point at Plac Zebrań Ludowych in Gdańsk. In this role, you will supervise the team of Terminal Guides and ensure that participants are welcomed and guided efficiently during transport transitions.

Your responsibilities include coordinating the work of guides who direct participants to the correct areas, indicate routes, and assist with safe boarding and exiting of buses. You will help maintain an organized participant flow at the terminal, ensuring that groups move smoothly and safely and that no one gets lost during the arrival and departure process.

As the leader of the terminal guide team, you will also serve as a key point of contact with representatives from the Transport and Safety departments operating at the terminal. You will support communication between teams, help resolve logistical challenges, and ensure that the terminal operates in a welcoming, safe, and well-organized manner.
