Become a part of the programme support leadership team as a Tickets and Organization Assistants’ Leader and help coordinate participant departures to the city within the City Module programme. In this role, you will supervise a team responsible for organizing patrol transport, ensuring that participants are guided to the correct buses and that ticket verification is carried out smoothly at the terminal entrance.
Your responsibilities include coordinating the work of the Tickets and Organization Assistants, overseeing ticket verification, and supporting participants who may require ticket changes due to accessibility needs. You will help maintain an efficient flow of patrols departing to the city while ensuring that all procedures are followed safely and according to schedule.
After patrol departures, you will oversee the preparation of tickets for the following day and coordinate additional on-site organizational tasks. As the team leader, you will also serve as the main point of contact with the Transport Department representative at the bus terminal and help distribute any additional tasks assigned by the City Module Co-Leaders.
