Become a part of the WOSM Programme team and help bring World Scouting to life for thousands of participants throughout the Jamboree. In this highly interactive, participant-facing role, you will welcome visitors and support a dynamic programme delivered in collaboration with WOSM partners that reflects global priorities, educational initiatives, and the diversity of Scouting worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating activities, guiding participants through exhibitions, conversations, and reflection moments, and helping them connect their Jamboree experience to themes such as leadership, global citizenship, peace, sustainability, inclusion, and community impact. You will support activations delivered by WOSM and its partners, helping ensure a coherent and engaging experience. You will help create a positive, energetic, and inclusive atmosphere where participants feel encouraged to explore, ask questions, and engage with World Scouting in a meaningful way.
You will also support the day-to-day operation of the WOSM programme, including set-up and reset, participant flow, queue management, stock and materials, activity preparation, and basic reporting or feedback collection. Working closely with WOSM staff, volunteers, and partner representatives, you will contribute to a well-organised and welcoming space that showcases World Scouting and leaves participants inspired, informed, and ready for life.
