Become a part of the Village Module leadership team, supporting Activity Leaders who deliver meaningful activities within themes such as Human, Environment, Science, and Equality. As a Team Leader, you’ll supervise a team of fifteen Activity Leaders, help prepare and deliver online and on-site training, and ensure volunteers feel confident, supported, and ready for their daily sessions.

You’ll oversee Programme delivery in your thematic sector, step in to run activities when volunteer numbers are low, and respond to volunteer-related issues as they arise. Working within a small leadership group, you’ll help maintain a positive, organised, and well-coordinated environment that enables Activity Leaders to offer high-quality experiences for participants.

Your leadership will play an essential role in bringing the Village Module to life through smooth operations, empowered volunteers, and engaging activities.
