Become a part of the Programme leadership team, guiding and supporting the volunteers who keep your sector operating smoothly. As a Sector Leader, you’ll supervise a small team of Guides and a Quartermaster, ensuring they are confident in their tasks and able to provide clear directions and reliable material support throughout the day.
You’ll help prepare and deliver on-site training for volunteers, assist with daily supervision, and solve logistical issues within your sector to maintain seamless Programme flow. Working as the sole Sector Leader in your assigned sector, you’ll help create an organised, supportive, and efficient environment that enables Activity Leaders to deliver high-quality experiences for participants. Online pre-event training and additional on-site training will ensure you’re fully prepared for the role.
Your leadership will be essential in ensuring smooth operations, empowered volunteers, and a well-coordinated Programme experience for all.
