Become a part of the Safe from Harm leadership team, helping ensure the protection and wellbeing of all Jamboree participants by upholding established policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures. As a Safe From Harm Operations Team Leader, you’ll manage and coordinate the shifts of the SfH Operations Team—ISTs responsible for handling face-to-face interactions related to potential SfH cases, including breaches of SfH Policy, the Jamboree Code of Conduct, or Polish law.
You’ll make informed assessments of sensitive situations involving risks such as neglect, abuse, or substance use, and may personally handle higher-risk cases received through incoming calls. In challenging scenarios, you’ll step in to support your team, offering guidance, stability, and expert judgment. You’ll also oversee scheduling, monitor IST performance, and ensure your team members feel supported and cared for throughout their shifts.
Your leadership will help maintain a safe, fair, and confidential response system, reinforcing the Jamboree’s commitment to protecting every participant.
