Become a part of the programme leadership team as a Team Leader for Passenger Ship activities in the River Module and help coordinate programme delivery during cruises along Sobieszewo Island on the Baltic Sea during the Jamboree. These cruises offer participants a unique maritime experience, combining programme activities with learning and exploration in a dynamic shipboard environment.
Your responsibilities include supervising volunteers delivering the programme on board, coordinating daily operations during the cruises, and ensuring that activities run safely, smoothly, and according to plan. You will support the volunteer team, provide guidance to patrol leaders when needed, and step in to resolve operational, participant, or volunteer-related issues that may arise during the voyage.
Each cruise will host approximately 1000 participants divided into around 100 patrols, each accompanied by stable patrol leaders. Working closely with programme staff and ship personnel, you will help maintain high standards of safety, programme quality, and participant experience while ensuring an engaging and well-organized maritime journey for everyone on board.
