Become a part of the Kaleidoscope Module leadership team, helping guide and support Activity Leaders across one of the module’s ten thematic categories. As a Team Leader, you’ll supervise a small team of nine Activity Leaders, assist in preparing and delivering online and on-site training, and ensure volunteers feel confident and supported throughout their work.
You’ll oversee Programm delivery within your category, stepping in to run activities when volunteer numbers are low and resolving volunteer-related challenges as they arise. Working in a pair within your thematic sector, you’ll help maintain smooth operations, clear communication, and a positive working environment that enables Activity Leaders to create meaningful, engaging experiences for participants.
Your leadership will help bring the Kaleidoscope Module to life, ensuring high-quality activities that inspire, educate, and energise every patrol.
