Become a part of the Kaleidoscope Module team, delivering fun, meaningful, and well-structured Programme activities across one of ten thematic categories. As an Activity Leader, you’ll guide patrols of ten participants through engaging sessions using ready-made scripts and manuals provided by the organizers.
You’ll prepare materials before each activity, provide clear instructions to participants and their leaders during the session, and ensure the activity area is cleaned and reset afterward. Working within a thematic sector and a small sub-team, you’ll help create a focused, supportive, and enjoyable learning environment. You’ll also receive online pre-event training and additional on-site training upon arrival.
Your role will help bring the Kaleidoscope experience to life, ensuring participants feel supported, inspired, and fully engaged throughout their activity.
