Become a part of the team that supports safety operations on and off the Jamboree Site. The Guardians will work as a team in shift work rotating from day and afternoon shifts to evening and night shifts. They are the eyes and ears of Jamboree’s Operations. They are vigilant, highly visible, and usually first respond. Whether it is reporting an injury, a broken bathroom, or an issue relating to anti-social behaviour, the Guardians will be there. Duties will include roaming the jamboree site, encouraging and uplifting spirits through an ENTHUSIASTIC demeanour, reporting any issues to the Operations Centre, responding to incidents, wayfinding, and any relevant tasks during the major events such as the opening and closing ceremonies.
