Become a part of the Safety Headquarters team, helping provide round-the-clock coverage to keep the Jamboree community safe and supported. As a Dispatchers and Safety Team Member, you’ll manage incoming calls, assess requests for aid, and dispatch Safety and Security personnel as needed. You may also support the Patrol Operations Center, serve as a liaison with emergency services partners, or carry out other safety-focused tasks essential to smooth operations.
Working from the Safety Headquarters or another designated fixed location, you’ll help maintain clear communication, efficient coordination, and rapid response across the site.
Your calm focus and attention to detail will support the broader safety team in ensuring a secure and well-managed environment for all participants and volunteers.
Basic IT skills

Ability to communicate positively and respectfully with people from different cultures or with different beliefs
First aid and CPR training (desired not required)
Experience, education or training in public safety and emergency services, social and youth work, humanitarian operations, nursing, civil protection/emergency management, medicine, lifeguarding or other relevant fields is encouraged.
Experience with large Scout events (desired not required)
English language skills (intermediate)
Other language skills, including other World Scouting languages (French, Spanish, Arabic), are desired but not required
