Become a part of the team supporting the administrative work of the Jamboree Fleet Management Department. As a Fleet Management Office Team Member, you will assist with a range of office-based tasks that help fleet services run smoothly throughout the event.
In this role, you will help respond to questions from staff and volunteers who need assistance related to fleet services. You may also support general administrative tasks such as filing documents, managing paperwork, and assisting the planning team with various operational duties.
By helping keep the office organised and supporting the Fleet Management planners, you contribute to efficient communication and coordination within the fleet operations that support the Jamboree.
– Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
– Ability to work accurately with documents, records, and office routines
– Teamwork and good communication skills are important
– Administrative experience is an advantage
– Experience supporting office or service operations is an advantage
– Multilingual communication skills are an advantage
– Basic English communication is helpful
