Become a part of the team supporting the Jamboree Fleet Management operations. As a Fleet Maintenance Team Member (Mechanic), you will help maintain the vehicles used during the event, ensuring that both cars and bicycles remain safe, functional, and ready for use by staff.
In this role, you will assist with routine checks and small maintenance tasks across the fleet. This may include simple repairs such as changing light bulbs, adjusting or replacing bicycle tyres, and helping keep vehicles in good working condition.
You will also help monitor and manage the charging of electric vehicles to ensure they are ready for daily operations. By supporting the fleet maintenance team, you contribute to keeping the Jamboree’s transport resources reliable and available throughout the event.
– Knowledge of and practical experience in bicycle repair is required
– Basic mechanical skills for small vehicle and equipment maintenance are an advantage
– Teamwork and a practical, hands-on approach are important
– Relevant experience in bicycle repair, vehicle maintenance, or similar technical work is an advantage
– Multilingual communication skills are an advantage
– Basic English communication is helpful
