Become a part of the programme team as an Religious Network Representative within the Faith and Beliefs Zone and help create a welcoming space for reflection, dialogue, and learning during the Jamboree. In this role, you will support and deliver activities that encourage participants to explore their values, beliefs, and perspectives in a respectful and inclusive environment.
You will prepare and facilitate religion-specific, interreligious, or general spiritual development activities. Through discussions, games, and reflective exercises, you will help participants explore their life values and goals, build self-awareness, and develop confidence in expressing their perspectives. The activities are designed to promote mutual understanding, collaboration across cultures and beliefs, and peaceful dialogue among participants from diverse backgrounds.
You will help create a safe and supportive environment where believers can deepen their faith and participate in religious practices, while non-believers and seekers can learn about different religions and worldviews. Activities may involve small groups, larger group discussions, or one-to-one conversations. Training for this role includes online sessions before the Jamboree and in-person preparation during the event setup period, in addition to the standard volunteer training.
