Become a part of the programme leadership team as a Path Leader within the City Module and help coordinate the delivery of programme activities during the Jamboree. In this role, you will support the preparation and smooth implementation of one of the thematic field games by supervising Activity Leaders and ensuring activities run effectively.

Your responsibilities include participating in the preparation and delivery of volunteer training both online before the event and on-site during the Jamboree. You will supervise and support Activity Leaders in your team, help resolve volunteer-related issues within your assigned sector, and step in to conduct activities yourself if needed to ensure programme continuity.

Working closely with programme staff and the Quartermaster assigned to your team, you will help maintain a well-organized and engaging activity environment. Path Leaders are expected to complete online training before the Jamboree and prepare materials as well as conduct training sessions for all Activity Leaders assigned to their field game.
