Become a part of the programme leadership team as a Beach Module Team Leader and help coordinate the delivery of health-focused activities during the Jamboree. In this role, you will support the preparation and smooth implementation of programme activities within one of the Beach Module’s thematic sectors: Mental Health or Physical Health.

Your responsibilities include assisting with the preparation and delivery of volunteer training both online before the event and on-site during the Jamboree. You will supervise and support Activity Leaders, ensuring they have the guidance, resources, and coordination needed to deliver activities effectively and create a positive experience for participants.

As a Team Leader, you will also help resolve volunteer-related issues within your sector and ensure that activities continue smoothly even in challenging situations. If necessary, you may step in to conduct activities yourself to ensure programme continuity and maintain a high standard of delivery.
