Become a part of the Camp-in-Camp team, helping create fun, safe, and engaging Programm experiences across subcamps and hubs. As a Camp Base Supervisor, you’ll plan and facilitate activities, support the daily operations of the camp-in-camp Programm, and ensure participants enjoy a welcoming and well-managed environment.
You’ll work within a small sector team to run activities, prepare materials, guide participants, and help maintain smooth operations. In addition to activity delivery, you may assist with other tasks assigned to the camp-in-camp team, ensuring flexibility and teamwork throughout the event. You’ll receive both online pre-event training and on-site training upon arrival to prepare you for the role.
Your work will help foster community, excitement, and safety in the subcamps, contributing to a memorable experience for Scouts from around the world.
