Become a part of the Waste Management Team, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and sustainable environment across the Jamboree site. As a Waste Management Team Member, you’ll assist with the collection, segregation, and disposal of waste, ensuring proper waste management in all areas, from subcamps to program zones.
You’ll help manage various waste streams, including recyclables, organic waste, and hazardous materials, following safety protocols and environmental regulations. Your role will also involve maintaining waste receptacles, coordinating with other teams, and promoting sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and increase recycling efforts.
Your contributions will play a key role in keeping the Jamboree site clean and environmentally responsible, directly supporting the event’s commitment to health, hygiene, and sustainability.
