Become a part of the logistics team, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across the Jamboree site. As a Warehouse Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate the delivery and distribution of supplies and materials, ensuring everything is delivered securely, on time, and to the right locations.
You’ll be responsible for managing the logistics network, including coordinating scheduled routes and on-demand deliveries. Your role will involve tracking inventory, communicating with team members, and ensuring that all delivery processes run efficiently, from loading to unloading.
Your work will ensure that all departments are equipped with the resources they need, helping to maintain smooth operations throughout the event and contributing to the success of the Jamboree.

Ability to coordinate daily operations
Responsibility for scheduling drivers, managing delivery routes, and ensuring timely departures
Ability to serve as the main point of contact between the warehouse, drivers, and customers
Ability to maintain an efficient and accurate delivery service
Due to the nature of the Jamboree, there may be occasions to work in other areas if needed
Experience in coordinating deliveries, dispatch, or daily logistics operations is an advantage
Good English communication skills are required
