Become a part of the Tents and Cabins Team, supporting the deployment and maintenance of essential infrastructure across the Jamboree site. As a Tents and Cabins Team Member, you’ll help ensure that tents, modular cabins, and containers are properly set up and maintained to meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
You’ll assist in the planning, allocation, and ongoing management of these structures across key areas, including subcamps, medical facilities, and VIP zones. Your work will ensure that all event spaces, from program areas to dining facilities, are well-equipped and functional.
Your role will directly contribute to creating safe, accessible, and resilient environments, supporting the smooth operation of the Jamboree and ensuring that all areas are ready to serve participants, staff, and visitors.

Cabin and container maintenance skills
Ability to coordinate with waste and sanitation teams to ensure cleanliness around tents and cabins
Ability to carry out preventive inspections, including daily walk-throughs of subcamp HQs, clinics, and central facilities to identify risks before they escalate
Ability to respond quickly to storm or wind damage, supported by spare inventory stored centrally and at hub warehouses
Due to the nature of the Jamboree, there may be occasions to work in other areas if needed
Experience in tents, cabins, containers, or maintenance work is an advantage
Good English communication skills are required
Additional languages are an advantage
