Become a part of the Tents and Cabins Team, leading efforts to ensure the Jamboree’s infrastructure is safely and sustainably deployed across the site. As a Tents and Cabins Team Lead, you’ll oversee the planning, deployment, and lifecycle management of tents and modular cabins, ensuring that all critical areas are equipped to the highest standards.
You’ll lead the team responsible for integrating tents and cabins into various hubs, program areas, medical facilities, and more, ensuring consistency in quality, safety, and operational needs. Your leadership will ensure that every space, from subcamps to VIP areas, is ready to support the diverse needs of participants, staff, and visitors.
Your role will be crucial in creating organized, accessible, and resilient environments, directly contributing to the smooth operation and success of the Jamboree.

Ability to coordinate with waste and sanitation teams to ensure cleanliness around tents and cabins
Ability to carry out preventive inspections, including daily walk-throughs of subcamp HQs, clinics, and central facilities to identify risks before they escalate
Ability to respond quickly to storm or wind damage, supported by spare inventory stored centrally and at hub warehouses
Due to the nature of the Jamboree, there may be occasions to work in other areas if needed
Experience in leading a team
Good English communication skills are required
