Become a part of the Tents and Cabins Team, ensuring that the Jamboree’s infrastructure meets the highest standards for safety, sustainability, and functionality. As a Tents and Cabins Maintenance Team Member, you’ll help deploy and maintain tents, modular cabins, and containers across the site, supporting a range of critical areas, from program hubs to medical and VIP facilities.
You’ll be responsible for the planning, allocation, and ongoing lifecycle management of these structures, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready to support operations. Your role will contribute to creating organized, safe, and comfortable environments for participants, staff, and guests.
Your work will directly impact the event’s success, ensuring the infrastructure is robust, accessible, and ready to support all aspects of the Jamboree experience.

Ability to conduct minor repair
Cabin and container maintenance skills
Ability to coordinate with waste and sanitation teams to ensure cleanliness around tents and cabins
Ability to carry out preventive inspections, including daily walk-throughs of subcamp HQs, clinics, and central facilities to identify risks before they escalate
Ability to respond quickly to storm or wind damage, supported by spare inventory stored centrally and at hub warehouses
Due to the nature of the Jamboree, there may be occasions to work in other areas if needed
Experience in tent, cabin, container, or maintenance work is an advantage
Good English communication skills are required
Additional languages are an advantage
