Description

Become a part of the Scout Media Centre Unit and help create a dynamic, supportive space where Contingent Media Teams (CMT) can produce and share their stories throughout the Jamboree. You’ll be part of the team operating a dedicated on-site hub equipped with workstations, high-speed Wi-Fi, and essential tools that enable Scouts to edit photos, create videos, prepare social media posts, and collaborate on creative projects.

In this role, you’ll manage daily access control and booking schedules for the 40 workstations, ensuring that approved users can work efficiently and fairly within the system. You’ll also provide guidance and first-line technical support, helping CMT members navigate equipment, software, and connectivity issues as they produce content for their home audiences.

By supporting a smooth and welcoming workspace, you’ll contribute to global storytelling at the Jamboree—empowering young people to share their experiences, celebrate their culture, and creatively document this once-in-a-lifetime event.
