Become a part of the team supporting the preparation and smooth delivery of hospitality events during the World Scout Jamboree. As a Receptions Support Team Member, you will assist with the operational side of receptions organised for Contingent Guests, Special Guests, and other invited stakeholders, helping ensure that each event runs professionally and efficiently.
In this role, you will contribute to logistics and event coordination by supporting venue setup, schedule management, and collaboration with Protocol teams, caterers, and technical staff. Your work will take place mainly in the HQ Reception Area and the VIP Lounge, where you will help maintain organised spaces, ensure materials and equipment are prepared, and assist with the overall flow of events. While the focus is primarily operational, your support will play an important part in maintaining the welcoming and professional atmosphere expected at Jamboree receptions.
By helping coordinate the behind-the-scenes elements of hospitality events, you enable the Protocol and Hospitality teams to focus on guests and programme delivery. Your attention to detail and teamwork will contribute to memorable and well-organised receptions that reflect the values and spirit of the Jamboree.
