Become a part of the Production Management Unit and support the organisational backbone of the Communications and Partnership Division. As a Production Management Unit Member, you will assist with coordinating shift schedules, planning and managing workspaces, and ensuring that logistical needs across all units are met efficiently. Your responsibilities include helping organise daily operations, communicating with other Jamboree divisions to maintain alignment, and resolving organisational issues to keep workflows smooth and well-coordinated.
Working closely with leaders and multiple media-related teams, you will contribute to the effective allocation of resources, streamlined processes, and the overall operational readiness of the division. Your support ensures that communication, media production, and partnership activities run seamlessly throughout the event.
This role is ideal for IST members who enjoy coordination, structured work, and being at the centre of organisational flow at a large-scale international event.
