Become a part of the Offsite Dining team and help deliver smooth, safe, and welcoming meal experiences for participants across key locations beyond the main on-site venues. As an Offsite Dining Team Member, you’ll support dining operations at venues such as the Check-in Centre, the Marina, and the Hospital, ensuring that every meal reaches young people efficiently and with a friendly, helpful approach.
You’ll assist with setting up and maintaining clean, organised distribution areas, managing queues, and guiding participants through the dining process clearly and confidently. Your responsibilities also include receiving, storing, and distributing meals—including special-diet options—while following strict food-safety standards. Working closely with catering partners and logistics teams, you’ll help keep offsite operations running seamlessly throughout the day.
By creating a supportive and efficient dining experience, you’ll play an important part in keeping participants energised and ready for the programme ahead. Your contribution helps maintain a high standard of service across multiple offsite venues and ensures that every meal feels welcoming, safe, and well coordinated.
