Become a part of the Network Operations and Security Team, ensuring seamless, secure connectivity across the Jamboree site. As part of this critical role, you’ll monitor, manage, and troubleshoot all network services, ensuring everything from Internet connectivity to internal communications runs smoothly and securely.
You’ll oversee the deployment and operation of network systems, maintaining high-speed Internet, radio communication, and backup services. You’ll be responsible for real-time monitoring, detecting issues, and resolving performance disruptions while ensuring network security protocols are upheld, protecting both data and communication systems.
Your work will ensure the smooth operation of digital infrastructure, supporting staff, participants, and emergency services. By keeping networks secure and functional, you’ll help create a connected, responsive environment that supports the event’s success.
Ability to monitor network services in real time and respond to incidents quickly
Understanding of network operations, incident response, and basic network security measures
Ability to use ticketing systems and coordinate effectively with Field Engineers
Ability to maintain service continuity, functionality, and network integrity
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience in network monitoring, incident response, or service coordination is an advantage
Good English communication skills are required
Additional languages are an advantage
