Become a part of the Jamboree Mood Engagement Team in a fun and engaging role that helps capture the atmosphere of the Jamboree. As a Jamboree Mood Engagement Team Member, you will move across the Jamboree site speaking with participants, Adult Patrol Leaders, CMT members, and IST volunteers to gather feedback through prepared surveys.
In this role, you will help collect insights that allow the team to better understand the “mood” of the Jamboree at different times and in different areas. Working closely with other department members, you will target specific groups, ask clear and friendly survey questions, and record responses accurately while creating a positive and approachable interaction with those you meet.
After spending time in the field collecting feedback, you will return to Jamboree HQ to help collate and review the results with the wider team. Your work will support the department in understanding participant experiences and help provide valuable insights for ongoing learning and future improvement.
