Become a part of the IST Support Desk team being a key point of support for volunteers across the Jamboree. Working from the IST Office, you’ll provide guidance, information, and practical assistance to International Service Team members, helping them navigate daily tasks and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of operational responsibilities including issuing work tickets, supporting programme bookings, managing lost and found items, recharging equipment such as battery packs, and handling general administrative tasks. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are essential, as you will interact with volunteers from many cultures and backgrounds. A good level of English and confidence working with digital systems are required to ensure clear communication and efficient support.
By providing friendly and reliable assistance, you help ensure that IST members can focus on their roles and enjoy their Jamboree experience. Your work contributes to smooth daily operations and helps maintain a supportive and well-organised volunteer environment.
