Become a part of the team delivering engaging and enjoyable activities for International Service Team participants during their time off at the Jamboree. As an IST Programme Team Lead (On-site), you will guide a small team responsible for organising and running activities within the dedicated IST programme area.
The activities will mainly take place within the IST programme zone on the Jamboree site and are designed to offer a wide variety of experiences. These may range from calm and relaxing sessions to energetic and lively activities, ensuring there is something for every IST to enjoy during their free time.
You may also have the opportunity to bring your own skills or interests into the programme. Whether you have experience as a fitness or sports instructor, or simply a hobby or talent you would like to share, you can help create sessions that add to the vibrant IST experience. Training will be provided to prepare you and your team to deliver activities safely and confidently.
