Become a part of the team that helps create memorable offsite experiences for International Service Team participants during the Jamboree. As an IST Programme Team Lead (Off-site), you will guide a small team responsible for delivering and supporting a range of activities taking place outside the main Jamboree site.
In this role, you will coordinate volunteers and ensure that offsite activities run smoothly and safely. The programme may include visits to cities, museums, and places of cultural interest, as well as outdoor activities such as cycling, walking routes, beach visits, or water-based experiences. You will help organize logistics, support participants throughout the activity, and ensure that everyone has a positive and enjoyable experience.
Strong teamwork, organisation, and communication skills are essential, as locations and activities may vary from day to day. Training will be provided before the programme begins, ensuring you and your team are prepared to lead participants confidently and safely during each activity.
By leading these offsite programmes, you contribute to enriching the overall IST experience, giving volunteers the opportunity to explore the region, connect with others, and enjoy unique moments during their time at the Jamboree.
