Become a part of the Eagle Patrol leadership and guide a flexible, fast-response team that provides support wherever it is needed across the Jamboree site. As an IST Eagle Patrol Team Lead, you will coordinate a small group of volunteers who are deployed daily to different departments to assist with unexpected workloads, staff absences, or short-term operational needs.
In this role, you will lead and support your patrol members while ensuring they are well prepared for each assignment. You will communicate with various teams across the Jamboree, understand their immediate needs, and help allocate your patrol members where their support can have the greatest impact.
