Become a part of the Information Coordination Team at the heart of Jamboree HQ and help support the flow of information across the event. In this role, you will contribute to the department’s daily administrative and coordination work, helping ensure that information is collected, organized, and shared effectively.
Your responsibilities may include taking and collating meeting minutes, following up with departments on updates and outstanding tasks, and supporting the department’s information desk. You will help internal teams find the information they need, assist with communication and record-keeping, and contribute to a well-organized and responsive working environment at HQ.
Working closely with colleagues across the Jamboree, you will help strengthen coordination, knowledge sharing, and operational awareness between departments. The role focuses on administration, internal communication, and practical support within the central management structure of the event.
