Become a part of the Contingent Guests and Special Guests experience, the heart of hospitality at the Jamboree, where you’ll help create seamless and memorable moments for scouters, dignitaries, and other special guests. As part of the Food Service Team, you’ll work across a range of events—from intimate internal gatherings to high-profile receptions—bringing professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail to every interaction.
As a Hospitality Catering Assistant, you’ll support the smooth delivery of hospitality services by preparing event spaces, assisting with food and beverage service, coordinating with catering teams, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout each event. You’ll also help with special requests and support off-site needs such as delivering lunches to remote locations, adapting to each day’s unique schedule and setting.
Your contribution will elevate the experience of influential visitors and help showcase the spirit of the Jamboree. By bringing energy, teamwork, and a guest-focused mindset, you’ll play a key role in shaping memorable and meaningful moments across the event.
