Become a part of the team responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for Special Guests and Contingent Guests during the World Scout Jamboree. As a Guest Experience Host Team Member, you will support the hosting and guidance of visitors by helping them navigate the Jamboree site and by assisting in dedicated guest areas.
In this role, you will interact directly with guests, helping them understand the Jamboree programme, directing them to key locations, and supporting the smooth operation of the Special Guests and Contingent Guests Zone. You may accompany small groups during site visits, provide general information about the event, and ensure that guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well-supported during their time at the Jamboree.
Your work will take place mainly in guest reception and hosting areas, as well as across different parts of the Jamboree site when guiding visitors. You will collaborate closely with the Protocol, Hospitality, and Reception teams to ensure that guest visits run smoothly and according to schedule.
By helping guests explore the Jamboree and experience its atmosphere firsthand, you play an important role in representing the spirit, diversity, and values of Scouting. Your presence and support will contribute to a positive and memorable experience for visitors from around the world.
Being welcoming, approachable, and confident when interacting with international guest
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required as hosts will guide visitors, provide information about the Jamboree, and support guests throughout their visit
Being proactive, attentive to guests’ needs, and comfortable giving directions and basic explanations about the site and programme
Flexibility, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain calm in a dynamic event environment are essential

English (Business Level) is mandatory
Additional languages are highly valued, especially: Polish, Spanish, French and Arabic
