Become a part of the Food Market Team and help create a smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for every participant visiting this essential daily hub. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly guide who helps participants navigate the space, find what they need, and feel confident and supported as they shop for their meals.
You’ll work directly on the market floor, helping manage queues, signposting where ingredients are located, and answering questions—including those related to special diets. Your presence helps maintain a steady flow through the market as you assist with packing, offer quick solutions to emerging issues, and ensure the area stays organised and efficient throughout the day. Each shift brings new interactions, new challenges, and plenty of opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
By helping participants move easily through a busy environment, you’ll play a key role in reducing stress and maintaining a positive experience for thousands of Scouts each day. Your support keeps the Food Market running smoothly and ensures everyone leaves with what they need and a smile on their face.
