Become a part of the programme team as an Activity Leader in the Equality Zone and help deliver engaging activities during the Jamboree focused on equality, friendship, and mutual understanding. In this role, you will guide participants through interactive programme sessions designed to encourage new connections and help Scouts appreciate diversity and cooperation.
Your responsibilities include preparing equipment and materials before each activity, providing clear instructions to participants and their adult patrol leaders, and ensuring that the activity area is cleaned and reset after each session. Activities are delivered according to a prepared script and manual provided by the organisers to ensure consistency and quality across the programme.
Working alongside other programme staff, you will help create a welcoming and inclusive environment where participants can learn from one another, build friendships, and explore the value of respecting differences.
